Position Overview: As a Ski Shop Sales Associate at [Your Ski Shop Name], you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow skiers and snowboarders, helping them gear up for epic days on the slopes. Your expertise and enthusiasm will be invaluable in assisting customers to find the perfect equipment and accessories for their winter adventures.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
•    Provide expert guidance and recommendations on ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, and accessories.
•    Conduct fittings and adjustments to ensure customers have the best fit for comfort and performance.
•    Keep the sales floor organized and well-maintained, including restocking merchandise.
•    Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and technologies in the ski and snowboard industry.
•    Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
•    Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
•    Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed.

Qualifications:
•    Passion for skiing and/or snowboarding with a strong knowledge of the sport.
•    Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•    Familiarity with ski and snowboard brands and equipment is advantageous.
